CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to change or cancel orders as they're processed and dispatched by our warehouse instantly. 

If you ordered an item that you wish to return, you can request a refund via our refund page. 

Please follow the steps in our Refund Policy.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! 

From the start that your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. 

In this email, you will find your tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?

Please email hello@claro-eyewear.com as soon as you realize you have submitted the wrong address and our customer service team will gladly assist you.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We offer full refunds if you change your mind.

All original packaging must be returned with the goods in order to receive a full refund.Your item must show no sign of use or wear.

All of our prices include taxes.

HOW DO THE DISCOUNT CODES WORK?

Discounts we offer are only valid for orders placed on our official website, and are only valid for a limited period of time.

Did you request a discount code in the checkout process but did it not apply? Check that the code was valid when you made the purchase.

Yes, we ship internationally!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders should arrive within 1-7 business days.

  • The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1-2 business days.
  • The rest of Europe: 2-7 business days.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG SUNGLASSES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Claro Eyewear offers free shipping worldwide.

A tracking number is supplied via email after the order is processed.

Sorry! Unfortunately we do not offer this service.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY C SUNGLASSES?

With lots of love!

And if you love your Claro's as much as we do, we know you will be wearing them every day. 

We recommend that you follow the care instructions below:

  • Keep in a protective case when not in use.
  • Avoid wearing on top of your head to prevent misshaping of frames and stretching of the hinges.
  • Place your frames lens side up to avoid scratching.
  • Clean lens with microfiber cleaning cloth.

ARE CLARO'S UV PROTECTED?

Yes! 

All of our sunglasses are UV-400 protected.

All our items are designed in our main office located in the hart of The Netherlands.
